Symptoms
We are seeing an incorrect exchange rate for Purchase Orders (PO) if the order currency (B) and destination country currency (C) are different from the default local currency (A).
It uses the exchange between the local currency (A) and the order currency (B).
However, the IMPORT_COUNTRY_ID in the order is (C), and therefore an exchange rate between (C) and (A) is expected.
