ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A custom Account Rule Segment is not available in the LOV of segment for which has been setup, in Manage Journal Entry Rule Set.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create account rule with a condition to validate the Transaction Type Name source
2. Copy Invoices - Default Accrual JE Rule Set and create custom one
3. For the Journal Entry lines open the LOV of segments for which the Accounting rule was setup
