Symptoms
Unable to select a different configuration flow model in reconfigure action.
This behavior can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Create two configuration flows
2. Add to each configuration flow opposite conditions so that are not triggered at same time
3. Configure a transaction meeting first config flow
4. Change transaction to meet second configuration flow conditions
5. Reconfigure transaction
6. Notice that First condition flow is opened in configuration, even though second configuration flow conditions are met
