Symptoms
Issue: When attempting to edit the manual fields via the Redwood Seniority Date UI the following 3 fields are not displaying:
- When does this seniority change start?
- *Seniority Days Adjusted Manually
- Comments
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps for the below navigation paths:
1) My Client Groups > Quick Action > Show More
2) In the Employment section, click "Seniority Dates"
3) Click the edit (pencil) icon
OR
1) My Team > Quick Action > Show More
2) In the Employment section, click "Seniority Dates"
3) Click the edit (pencil) icon
