Fusion Global HR:Redwood In Hire An Employee, Prefix/Suffix LOVs is Empty

Symptoms
When attempting to Hire an employee via Redwood - Hire an Employee flow,
Prefix and Suffix LOVs are not displayed
STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Redwood - Hire an Employee flow
2. No list of values showing for Prefix and Suffix fields
In Responsive pages, it works fine:
1. My Client Groups > Responsive - Hire an Employee flow
2. For, Prefix and Suffix fields, can see list of values without any issues.
