Symptoms
When attempting to expand Show Past and Future Incumbents button in a position with existing incumbents, the following error occurs:
ERROR
For input string: "POSITION_NAME"
For input string: "POSITION_NAME"
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups -> Position Details
2. Search for a position and click on it
3. Click on Show Past and Future Incumbents -> error message shows
