Tax Lines Are Not Generated for Transactions Imported with FBDI File (Doc ID 3042653.1)

Symptoms

The AutoInvoiceImportTemplate.xlsm file is used by customers to transactions from external systems to Fusion Receivables.

The Tax lines are populated in the file, with references to transaction lines (Link-to Transaction Flexfield context and attributes are populated).

However, the Receivables Transactions generated by the Import Autoinvoice process do not contains the Tax lines provided in the FBDI file.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the AutoInvoiceImportTemplate.xlsm FBDI with manual tax lines
2. Load the CSV file to AR interface and run Import Autoinvoice job
