On: MFCS/RMS 23.1.401.10 version


The Buyer Dashboard screen does not fetch the list of Orders that are pending for approval.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Login RMS application
2. Navigate to Buyer Dashboard
3. Enter Dept/Buyer and click on Search
