Goal

Sending email from UTL_SMTP to Email Delivery failed. It is not a Bounce in Email Delivery, but Email Delivery seems to not accept the email. The problematic emails are not RFC 5321 & 5322 compliant with the destination email address. Is there a feature on OCI Email Delivery to block such emails, not RFC 5321 & 5322 compliant?
