Goal

On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Benefits

Employee Clicks on "Report a Life Event" under ME> Benefits and then select a life event from the drop down and click on "Continue"  and  getting the error message as "You don't have permission to insert, update, or delete this record. (BEN-991284) Details: You can insert, update or delete only if you have the privileges."

Is this expected behavior?
