When Creating Custom Validation Rule In Spanish The Restrictions Data Is Not Saved (Doc ID 3043049.1)

Symptoms

On : 24.0 version

Creating custom validation rule in Spanish, the restrictions data is not saved.
The user start to create a new custom validation rule, advance in the "Restricciones" screen and there the value of the 'Logical parameter' is 'Y' or 'O'. Select 'Y', filled the rest of data and then click on 'Acceptar'. No error returned but in the screen 'Validation Rule', the record just created before is not shown.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Start creation of a new custom validation rule.
Step 2: Capture overview data.
Step 3: Select the ORDHEAD table.
Step 4: Complex parameters are not captured as they are not required for this rule.
Step 5: Enter the restriction data and click on accept.
Step 6: See the restriction data is not being saved.
