ISSUE STATEMENT

Tax Refund amount is always 0 while calculate refund in Agent UI.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Log in to Agent Console at https://xxxxxxx-admin.occa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/occs-agent/

2.Go to order and Search for order id oXXXXX

3.Drilldown Order number link

4.Click "Return Items"

5.Fill in Quantity

6.Fill in Return Reason

7.Click "Calculate"

Tax - Refund value shows 0
