Symptoms
On : 24.A.12 version, Dispatch Console
It was found that 2 activities that are linked to start simultaneously, are having a different start time.
Expected the activities to have the same start time.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set 2 activities with a link template to start simultaneously.
2. Assign the activities to 2 different resources.
