Symptoms
There are several Purchase Orders (POs) Outbound files that are repeatedly being generated and have 0kb.
These are causing failures on the CMK and appear to be randomly preventing other files from sending.
Other orders will fail to be sent via CMK until those files are removed.
Customer not able to delete UCM files that are repeatedly being generated and have 0kb.
