Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: 24C Compose Email and Text Messages Using AI Assist (Doc ID 3043148.1)

Problem

We are not able to enable the profile value option "HCM_GENAI_IRC_COMPOSE_MESSAGE_ENABLED" in the Manage Administrator Profile Values section. We have followed Oracle's instructions in What's New https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/recruiting/releases/24C/24C-recruiting-wn.htm?trk=public_post_comment-text for Compose Email and Text Messages Using AI Assist however we are not able to set the profile value to "Y" since the "PLUS" symbol is grayed out and will not allow us to set the profile value.
