Triggering Events from OFSC should be sent in sequence from OFSC to OIC
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

Events from OFSC are not always getting to OIC in the right sequence
STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OFSC
2. Trigger the events in OFSC
3. Check if the events are getting generated/sent in sequence to OIC
BUSINESS IMPACT:
---------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
For customer's business, sequential processing as well as real time processing is critical. Even any small glitch can land up in revenues as well.
