Symptoms
ReST API to update the status of a transfer not working correctly for book transfers.
Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1.Use the ReST API () to create a book transfer in 'I' status between 2 VWH's in the same physical. Note: this API does not allow the book transfer to be created in 'A' status.
2. Once created, then use the ReST API () - to update the tsf status to 'A'
3. Notice that the response from the API is 'success' and that the status of the book transfer is accurately updated to 'C'. Also, the stock on hand for the sending and receiving VWH's is updated correctly. However, the reserved and expected buckets are incorrect. These buckets are also increased by the tsf qty - but they should not be.
Expected behavior is that reserved and expected buckets remain unchanged.
