FAW/FDI: Unable To See Payroll Sub Ledger In Configurable Account Analysis Subject Area

Symptoms
Following the Configurable Account Analysis (CAA) documentation, notice that there is no payroll related folder under CAA subject area.
- Enabled the CAA subject area and configured payroll in that due to a cross functional requirement to view payroll data from General Ledger (GL).
- Ensured to enable checkbox for "Payroll" in CAA template
- Enabled Features -> Functional Areas -> Payroll Balances feature
- Published CAA template successfully
Selecting only "Payroll" in CAA template and clicking next doesn’t add any payroll related folders.
Payroll related functional areas are activated and running.
