The Action field in the change assignment cannot match or locate the value if the configured value is in uppercase and is typed in lowercase.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add Assignment - Search for values with lowercase
2. Configured value with uppercase not found
