On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Compensation Plans
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When customer manually changes the Goal Amount from UI.
Incentive Compensation>> participant snapshot>>Goals
Its reflecting in custom report which was created by customer in BI
Where as the same update at goals amount through a FDBI template update is not reflecting custom Audit Report
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Update at goals amount through a FDBI template update should reflect in custom Audit Report
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> File Import and Export
2. Upload the file in UCM with Account as ic/incentiveCompensationParticipantGoal/import
3. Navigator -> Participant Assignments > Import Participant Goals > Import the Goal
4. Run the custom report > The last updated Date and other Audit related details for the Participant Goal is not showing
