Symptoms
The below error is triggered when the recovery rate code is modified or created

The tax recoverable or liability account either contains an invalid combination or it's an expense account. (ZX-885549)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Search tax recovery rate
2.Modify the Recoverable account
3. Save > Error
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create tax recovery rates
