On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Opportunities

Need more flexilibility in handling the attachment records

In NextGen Opportunity there's no ability to rename the attachment that are added using OOTB attachment functionality.

The behave of the Attachments in Clasical UI vs Redwood:
- in classical UI there is the possibility to have a title for the Attachment , a Description and a type
- Currently in Redwood, you just drag and drop the file and you can not have any description of it
