Symptoms
When trying to create a Business Process (BP) record data using REST Services, the record is created in the UI but the following error is found in the Unifier REST Service audit log (Company Workspace - System Information - REST Service Audit Log - unifier_response.json):
"_record_status":"Records were not created or update due to error :null"
