Symptoms

Workforce assignments records are getting rejected with the reason “Multiple termination records exist for an Assignment on the same day.”

While the rejected records have the same Person ID, Assignment ID, and Start Date combination but they have different Effective Sequence and Effective Latest Change.

HCM users are always using "Effective Latest Change" column to get to the latest information.
