Goal

Users are receiving 403 Forbidden Error when Trying to Access Data Dictionary from Any Role other than DBA.ADMIN

When navigating to other User Roles, the data dictionary is not being displayed. We want to grant access to the "/html/data_dict/" url for all Roles.
