'Requested Qty Greater Than Avail Stock' Error Stopping User From Moving To Next Screen (Doc ID 3045430.1)

Symptoms

On : 24.0 version, Shipping and Receiving

Whenever a user scans an item and enters more qty than available SOH in sending store, an error appears.
Even after removing the item, 'Requested qty greater than avail Stock' error stills pops up and stops the user from moving back to Container item screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to requesting store
2. Create tsf request > scan item and enter qty greater than available in sending store 'Requested qty greater than available soh' pops up.
3. Remove the item from footer menu. still error pops up and user is unable to move back to container items screen without pressing yes.
