Symptoms

Analytics Publisher - Bursting to OCI Object Storage fails on delivery

In Oracle Analytics Publisher (accessed via Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service environment), when a report is configured with bursting into an OCI Object Storage, the reports are not delivered to the target OCI Object Storage.

NOTE: When the report is run without bursting and the Object Storage is selected manually during report submission, the report is created on the Object Storage which confirms that the connection to OCI is there but is only failing when bursting is applied.
