Price Change Records Are Failed To Insert Into Item Price Table When Retail=0 (Doc ID 3045750.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Price Change File Import job by having the retail price as 0,the following error occurs:

[LineNum]1[ProcessMessage]Caught SimServerException: "Invalid price value:0" processing line 1 in file PriceChange_Tx_20240802070816__1_.csv

Steps To Recreate:

1.Create regular price change in PCS by having retail price as 0.
2.Schedule the PriceChange_Tx process flows in BDI.
3.The PCS Price change records are failed to insert into the SIOCS item price table through price change file import job and getting above error when the retail price is 0.
4.Note the MFCS is allowing the retail price is 0.
