AdobeSign IFrame Is Not Opening When Initiating Signature For Supplier Contract (Doc ID 3045827.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to complete Contract signature with Adobe Acrobat Sign feature as the Adobe iFrame doesn't load when trying to sign the contract.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to sign the contract with Adobe Acrobat Sign feature.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to a Contract > Actions > Sign Contract.
2. A message appears - 'Confirm if you are signed as the correct user '> click yes.
3. A blank page appears without progressing to the Adobe iFrame.
