Fusion Global Payroll: Redwood - TabOrderList For Payslips Will Not Allow For Reorder

Symptoms
There was a new feature released via 24C to allow reordering of the tabs on payslips when attempting to reorder them via VBS after adding the values the screen refreshes but the tabs did not update.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
• Home page and go to the Payslip page and select edit in VBS.
• After VBS page opens with the payslip page I scroll down to the tabOrderList option.
• I start to add in each item [Earnings]. Click +
• Add in [Deductions] Click +
• Add in [NetPayDistribution] Click +
• Add in [PayslipPreview]
• Screen Preview reloads
• I then Drag and drop [PayslipPreview} to the top of the list as that is how the business would like the screen layout.
• Screen Preview reloads
• After the reload the tabs are still in the original order.
