Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT
• Two different schedule managers can assign a shift for the same time period for the same user having two different jobs
• This is reproducible consistently in all environments
• All Schedule Managers can assign shifts to any user they have access to

STEPS
The behavior can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Create two Schedule Managers
2) Each Schedule Manager has access to the same user, but, different jobs
3) Both Schedule Managers can assign a shift to the same user for their respective job they manage
