NGS-Opportunity Header Layout Is Not Loading (Doc ID 3045853.1)

Symptoms

When drill down into an opportunity from Landing page, the Header Layout is continuously loading and not at all rendering.

There are some errors seen in the Browser Inspect > Console tab as well as in Network tab which are not related to the customization what user did.
