ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Not able to create item list with FF UDA criteria
When trying to create an item list where the criteria to select items is UDA, the FF display type provides no results, even though the data exists.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For the search to find the results to populate the UDA field
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create item list
2. Add criteria and search by specific FF UDA ID or any other form (e.g. Type = Free Form Text)
3. Note that no FF are available for selection, even though they exist in database
