Symptoms

OTM fails to create single Shipment from multiple Order Releases when those are having different Equipment Groups as Constraint and Itinerary has a leg with "CONSOL INTO ONE SHIP MULTI EQUIP" option selected with "Create Single Shipment" marked as Yes.

System is always creating two different Shipments for two Order releases with the above scenario.

Customer expectation is to have a single Shipment as the Itinerary has a leg with "CONSOL INTO ONE SHIP MULTI EQUIP" option selected with "Create Single Shipment" marked as Yes.
