Draft Subscription Is Triggering To Both OIC Create And Update Integrations (Doc ID 3046214.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Whenever a Draft subscription is initially created it gets subscribed to both OIC integrations both creation Event and Update event integrations are getting triggered (separate integrations to subscribe to the creation event and update event) this is because of the time-lapse happening during draft subscription creation completely


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On Oracle Integration Cloud integration side, it is expected that either creation Event or Update Event integrations only should get triggered, not both


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Automatically Renew Eligible Subscriptions from Subscription Management fusion application
2. Observe new draft subscription number betting created in Subscription Management fusion application relationship tab
