OCI Database Management Service : Database Stuck In UNKNOWN State In DBM With Error ORA-18714 (Doc ID 3046259.1)

Symptoms

OCI Database Management was already enabled and the DB is being monitored without issues.
Suddenly the status of the Database is reported as UNKNOWN in Database Management.
But the same Database is reported UP in OCI DB page.

Observed below ORA error in the OCI Console Metric Explorer,
CRITICAL, ORA-18714, <Resource Type>, <Resource OCID>, <Resource Name>, <Metric Name>, PDB
