Symptoms
Not able to submit calculation for participants that have the Compensation End Date and Active End Date populated -
A participant has an Active end date 4/17/24.
The user is not able to search and see the participant in the Manage Calculation Processes when the trying to run calculation for a specific participant.
The user is selecting the calculation dates for which the Participant is Valid before 4/17/24.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Incentive Compensation work area
Credits and Earnings -> Manage Calculation Processes
Choose to run for specific participant and cannot find this participant.
