Getting ORA-01756 Error When Searching For A Clause By Section In Terms Template Creation When It's Name Has An Apostrophe (Doc ID 3046325.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Procurement Contracts Generic Issues

When searching for a clause by 'section title' an error appears if there's an apostrophe in the name to have it in its possessive form (ex. contractor's work).
the following error occurs.

ERROR

'ORA-01756: quoted string not properly terminated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Section with its name including an 's
2. Then go to a terms template.
3. Click on Actions
4. Select Add Clause
5. Advanced search
6. Display LOV Default Section
7. Click Search
8. Type the name of the Section that has the apostrophe
9. Search
10. Select the name with the apostrophe
11. Click OK (you'll return to the Add Clause window)
12. Click Search
13. Error appears.
