Symptoms

DESCRIPTION

When selecting a value from a Data Picker that has the “Allow Line Item Referencing” option enabled in the Project Details Form, the error below is returned.

 
ERROR

Alert - Error Code: <company shortname>-<unique error code> An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request. Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code <company shortname>-<unique error code>.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open project.
  2. Open Project Details.
  3. Select problem data picker.
  4. Select data.
  5. Receive the following Error Code: <company shortname>-<unique error code> An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request. Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code <company shortname>-<unique error code>.
