Fusion PD: 24C - Private Item Becomes Public After Change Order Released (Doc ID 3046637.1)

Symptoms

The user could not retain the Item as private after adding it to a Change Order and completing it.

1. Navigate to Product Management >> Product Management -> Product Development
2. From the right side task panel, select Create Item.
3. Enter all required fields and mark the Item as private

    Steps: Go to Team Tab >> Deselect Public check box >> A warning popup will be seen >> Click OK on the popup >> The user will be added to the tab with all the actions >> Click Save. Item becomes private

    Item is not seen in both PD / PIM

4. Create a Change Order and add Item as Affected Object OR Assign Item to Change Order

   Make any changes: For example - redline Life Cycle Phase to Production
5. Progress Change Order to Completion.
6. Item became Public both in PD and PIM
