FTP Rule Is Not Generating Any Records After Running FTP Process For Processing Dimension Member IDs Which Are Greater Than 9 Digits (Doc ID 3046638.1)

Symptoms

The FTP Rule is not generating any records after running the FTP Process. The FTP rule is created for Asset Instrument table accounts. Duration and Moving average rules are created and the rule is run using standard process. The rule is successful but the output is not generated.

No errors are thrown in the batch execution log.
Transfer rates are being output for non cash flow methods like moving average FTP methodology.

WORKAROUND
Use key processing dimension (KPD) with 9 digits instead of 14


Steps to reproduce
1. Duration and Moving average rules are created and the rule is run using standard process.
2. The rule is successful but the output is not generated
