Symptoms
When using Primavera Gateway and attempting to update Unifier Shell details like project codes, the P6 to Unifier synchronization runs successfully but Unifier is not updated.
For example, the following Unifier Data Elements have the values of the P6 Project Codes in the request.
"Plumber": "Bob"
"Painter": "John"
In the Unifier response the values are null.
Plumber=null
Painter=null
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. In Unifier create two Data Elements e.g. Plumber and Painter
2. In Primavera Gateway map P6 Project Codes to the Data Elements
3. Run the Gateway synchronization which completes successfully
4. Check the Unifier request and it shows the Data Elements have values which are being sent to Unifier.
5. Check the Unifier response and the values show as null and the values are not updated in Unifier
