Cannot Ship FO Transfer From MFCS Transfer UI (Doc ID 3046768.1)

Goal

It is not possible to ship FO Transfer from MFCS Transfer UI like other transfer types. When trying to open an approved FO Transfer, a pop-up message says this type of Transfer can only be accessed in View mode, and then it opens the Transfer Header screen in View Mode.
