Symptoms

Record blocked for tax update. Impossibility of continuing the tax document issuance process

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.- Receivables > Billing
2.- Manage Fiscal Document Generation UI
3.- Search for Transaction Number
4.- Update Fiscal Attributes
5.- Not able to update Fiscal Attributes
