Custom security not getting migrated via bundles between environments.

Steps to reproduce:

Create custom groups and update the subject area level permissions so these groups can only access certain areas of subject areas in Test instance.
Create bundle with all the SME content in Test instance and migrate this bundle to Prod instance. But this security permissions are not transferring to Prod instance.
