Why Is the Item in the DAILY_PURGE Table Not Getting Deleted in The ITEM_LOC Table?

Goal
On: MFCS/RMS 19.3.012.29 version
User has marked Items to delete but it is still appearing in ITEM_LOC table.
Item was marked for delete on 7th June yet the users can see that inventory adjustment has been posted on 30th June. Also there are two items those are also marked as Deleted but as it is not purged the item was adjusted across the Virtual Warehouse (VWH) on prorate wise.
Why the item is in the DAILY_PURGE table but there is no log in error log?
