Symptoms
Action Codes are not being properly filtered by roles and countries. Certain Action Codes should be restricted to specific countries/roles
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
After the action codes were defined - with Role / Country conditions:
1. My Client Groups ->Show more
2. Terminate Employment -> Select a worker to terminate employment
3. All action codes are available
