Symptoms
On : 11.13.24.07.0 version, Partner Management
A partner was set by mistake to Inactive status and now trying to chnage the status using Import or REST to Active and it is giving error.
You can't change the partner to PROSPECTIVE status because the partner is already in INACTIVE status. (ZPM-3420064).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Import management
2.Partner object-File Record Number,CompanyNumber,Status,Error Message
1,662529,ACTIVE,"An error occurred during the data import. Details: This error occurred while importing data: Status : You can't change the partner to ACTIVE status because the partner is already in INACTIVE status. (ZPM-3420064)."
