Use replenishment method time supply to create replenishment results for items that have forecast data and populate the following columns.

MIN_SUPPLY_DAYS_FORECAST
MAX_SUPPLY_DAYS_FORECAST
TIME_SUPPLY_HORIZON_FORECAST
