Is it possible to automatically load new tables added to schema into Heatwave ?

Will this process add secondary rapid engine for new tables (because they will be added initially without secondary engine)?

For existing tables if there is a need to modify columns (adding, renaming, deleting) , will Heatwave automatically reload table columns and its data in this case?
